Electroforming on Glass – Part I

This class is a prerequisite to all future classes.

The Electroforming on Glass class introduces the student to the fundamentals of electroforming – Part One focuses on how to set up an electroforming tank and the rectifier. The project for this class is a glass bead. The material chosen for this class is glass because it will not react with chemicals during the electroforming process. This assures the success of your project without introducing chemical reactions. Other materials, such as stones, gems, and organics are covered in future classes.

Equipment not included. This class uses both the Zoom and the Facebook platforms. Students will need a free Facebook account.
